CTDI

So that Employees feel Comfortable.

The European headquarters of the full-service provider CTDI in Malsch is a modern campus. Its distribution and delivery center was built in just six months and, thanks to only six load-bearing columns, offers optimum use of the 8,000 square meters of space. It complements the existing building from the 1960s, which was also revitalized. The result is an attractive company headquarters that includes a maintenance, logistics and fulfillment center, as well as a development center and administration. The 300 square meter, light-flooded entrance connects the buildings and shines not only due to its large glass facade. A special architectural eye-catcher is the cantilevered conference room above the reception area. The landscaped inner courtyard of 1,300 square meters invites you to linger during breaks.

Dieter Hollenbach, CEO of CTDI Europe, the subsidiary of the family-run, worldwide largest manufacturer-independent service provider in the communications industry.

“We attach great importance to making our employees feel comfortable. For us it is all about teamwork and active participation. The Vollack Method convinced us the very first time we put it in action.”
