CLL CityLab Leipzig is being built on in total 8,600 square meters of modern office and laboratory space in the heart of Leipzig on the site of the old exhibition grounds; it will have leasing units starting at 850 square meters and a total of around 300 workplaces. Room heights of up to 3.60 meters create spacious dimensions from inside and outside.
Space for change of perspective.
The spaces offer opportunities for flexible design and use, either as clearly structured laboratories or inspiring office environments with open areas and communication zones as well as retreat areas – all entirely in line with the procedures and business models of the tenants. The open areas invite people to meet and exchange ideas and offer the space for a change of perspective. The project is planned to be carried out in two construction phases.
