Advanced think tank.

Exposed concrete, plenty of wood, and state-of-the-art communications technology await clients at Spitzmüller’s Innovation Forum in Baden. Optimally allocating the 5,500-square-meter property to integrate the company’s former facility, built in 1983, with the new structure was a particular challenge for Vollack during the planning phase. Each and every element needed to be perfectly customized to meet the service provider’s needs: individual offices for concentrated work, group work areas for students, communication areas with coffee corners on every floor, and conference rooms and event spaces outfitted with state-of-the-art media technology, kitchen island units, and catering areas. The new addition is topped off by a four-wire system for heating and cooling, concrete core activation, and state-of-the-art heat pump technology combined with an energy management system and photovoltaics, which provide surplus energy (about 50 percent) to a series of specially designed charging stations for the company’s cars.

“I see this new addition as a high-tech building with the power to generate new business and inspire not only Spitzmüller employees, but also prospective and current clients and banking partners.”
