Future meets tradition.

The new building is the biggest investment in the 80-year history of Theegarten-Pactec and is being implemented in three construction phases with removal of the existing buildings in stages. In the first construction stage, the office building and the first part of the assembly and production area were erected without restricting ongoing production. The second half of the production and assembly area will be implemented by mid-2017.

Office space measuring 5,500 square meters was created with a high-grade building envelope, and there are plans for certification in accordance with the KfW energy efficiency standard. The offices provide areas to use for research and development, engineering, customer service and sales. The inner courtyard features a staff canteen and terrace. Mechanical production and paintwork are located in the hall. Offices with a gallery are located adjacent to this in close proximity to production. An assembly hall and warehouse are also being erected. The assembly halls, which are fitted with cranes throughout, will span 15,500 square meters. They are equipped with ceiling mounted radiant panels for district heating and a ventilation system.
