ristav CUBE

Project: A new working environment occupying an area of around 2,700 square meters is being created for ristav, specialist for claims management, in order to actively keep step with the structural transformation brought on by digitalization and increased efficiency.  It will be a so-called KfW-Effizienzhaus-55 energy building. The innovative solid wood construction will draw energy from an seasonal latent heat storage and also benefit from a largely self-sufficient building energy system concept. In the core zone, the company will have a “memory” in the form of a two-level “Document Humidor”. The building will have a parking garage in the basement and will be topped off with an offset level with roof terrace for residential use.
