Reinhard Blaurock
Managing Partner

Reinhard Blaurock, born in 1968, graduated in technical business administration, at the University of Stuttgart and gained professional experience at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA. In 1994, he started at Vollack, where he quickly assumed responsibility in various management positions. Since 2001, Reinhard Blaurock has been Managing Director, now Managing Partner of the Vollack Group. He is Vice President of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a board member of the Dr. Hugo Rhein Foundation and a member of the Architecture Committee of the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI.

Prof. Dr. Arnold Weissman
Chairman of the Advisory Board

Prof. Dr. Arnold Weissman, born in 1955, is Professor of Corporate Management at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences, Head of the Strategy Competence Center at Zurich International Business School, lecturer at Zeppelin University, and in demand as a success strategist for internationally oriented, owner- and family-run companies. He became known for his strategic approach of the "10 Steps to Success", today's "System Weissman" especially designed for family businesses with their specific challenges. He is the founder of the renowned consulting and training company Weissman & Cie. with offices in Nuremberg, Innsbruck, Zurich and Lana.

Jutta Kraft
Shareholder + Advisory Board

Jutta Kraft, born in 1964, holds a degree in business administration (BA) with a focus on human resources and marketing as well as being a state-certified translator. After working in the marketing department of a world market leader in the field of drive technology and subsequently as a commercial training manager in the company's personnel development department, she moved to the Vollack Group, where she took on tasks in personnel marketing and personnel development. Jutta Kraft was an honorary member of the examination board of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. Today, she accompanies Vollack as a shareholder and advisory board member.

Andreas Gauger
Advisory Board

Andreas Gauger, born in 1967, CEO of software provider Open-Xchange since 2020, has played a key role in shaping the cloud and hosting market in Germany since the 1990s. He founded his first software company while still at school and co-founded German hosting pioneer Schlund+Partner in 1995. From 2000 to 2008, as CEO, Gauger drove 1&1's growth to become the European market leader in hosting and a leading German ISP and telecommunications provider. In 2010, he co-founded the internationally successful cloud provider ProfitBricks, of which he was CEO until 2016. Since then, he has been supporting portfolio companies as a consultant in the SaaS environment.

Jannis Siefert
Advisory Board

Jannis Siefert, born in 1993, is a tax consultant. After studying economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, he initially worked as an employee in a tax firm until he successfully passed his tax consultant examination. In 2021 he became self-employed and runs his own law firm Gentsch Siefert Steuerberater as a partner.
