Change. Dynamics.

2022 Sustainable design and construction is our core competence. Further commercial passive house construction and energy-efficient buildings that actively support climate protection are being implemented and have been built by us in recent years. The 1.5 degree target is a commitment at Vollack. AI and virtual reality are among the fields of knowledge we are promoting. The competence network for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the digitalization of the construction industry buildingSMART distinguishes us as BIM Champion 2022. 2020 Design + Build: Vollack demonstrates expertise in development, planning, construction or revitalization, combining competence from two worlds: Design and construction expertise complement each other, demonstrating that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Vollack has a nationwide presence with eight locations. Around 300 employees, approximately two-thirds of whom are from the fields of architecture and engineering, are active in the office, industrial and healthcare sectors with a focus on sustainability. Several certified commercial passive houses have been successfully realized and handed over to their owners and users in recent years. The trademarked Vollack NULL® Phase and latest methodology, such as BIM and LEAN are part of our daily business. 2018 Vollack is 30 years young and active nationwide. 30 good reasons, we think, to do good. It is intended to link nature and culture and express the bond with Karlsruhe. 2014 Vollack demonstrates its technical expertise with the development, planning, realization and marketing of the Kreativpark project in Karlsruhe, the largest certified office passive house in Baden-Württemberg. 2013 Anniversary.
