First of four construction phases.
In Pfullingen, the first of four construction phases marks the start of the realization of the new Arbach Park urban quarter on an area of around 11,000 square meters. Four five-story residential buildings with a total living space of 8,400 square meters will offer between 25 and 30 apartments per building. A shared underground parking garage with 115 parking spaces and the Arbachaue with its unique quality of stay right on the doorstep round off this area.
Energy concept with geothermal energy.
Part of the planned energy concept is the heat generation and also the coverage of the cooling demand from geothermal energy. The energy center in the basement will ensure distribution to the four individual houses. With its proximity to the Scheibengipfel Tunnel in the direction of Metzingen and Stuttgart, as well as a modern mobility and parking concept, the new, nature-oriented urban quarter has ideal transport connections.
