Building ensemble with

On a gross floor area of around 16,000 square meters, a building ensemble is planned in Cologne, Butzweilerhof, in which sustainable rental space will offer usage options for offices, laboratories, further education and gastronomy. In this pioneering construction project, designed to the Efficiency House 40 standard, it will not only be possible to design space across the board. Future tenants will be able to think across entire levels, as all floors will be generously interconnected via the head-end building: Open space and open levels.

The building duo will impress with its timeless, modern architectural language and high-quality, sustainable materials. When renting, it will offer the opportunity to think about space individually and receive a tailor-made solution. In terms of energy, the ensemble will be trend-setting, conserve resources and be particularly energy-efficient. The comfort ventilation system will ensure excellent air quality and a healthy atmosphere. An underground parking garage and e-charging stations will round off the offer.
