Smart Laboratory Campus.
With a gross floor area of 15,900 square meters, the new analytical laboratory for food, pharmaceutical and agricultural products of the world market leader Eurofins Space for 450 employees who previously worked in rented premises. With its campus and more than 1,200 employees, Eurofins is clearly committed to Hamburg as a location.
The building offers sufficient space for further growth. This was made possible by an intelligent and flexible building structure that can be adapted to the future development of the company.
The seventh joint project.
For the new building – which is already the seventh joint project – Vollack implemented a building solution that was tailored to the individual needs of Eurofins. The focus here is on a particularly efficient building services concept that exactly meets the specific requirements of laboratory operations.
The move to our own premises not only offers us a high degree of flexibility, but also brings our interdisciplinary network closer together. Our new laboratory helps to provide technically high-quality and innovative jobs.
