True to the adage “Preserve values – Develop the future” the main administrative offi ce of the Reifenhäuser Group in Troisdorf has not been rebuilt but instead has been revitalized. And yet it leads the way. The aesthetics of its glass and metal facade create streamlined elegance.
Increased to 9,000 square meters and with the latest building services, it continues to be a visible symbol of a vital plastics company and supports production.
Efficient and individual.
To do this, Vollack fi rst had to create space: the energy center with a cogeneration unit was renewed and an expandable hall, 18 meters high, was created. It accommodates crane systems that lift weights of up to 32 tonnes. It is fully aligned with the aspiration that the manufacturing should be just as high-performant and specialized as the highly developed machines that are built there.
Innovation and progress – these are the challenges the Reifenhäuser Group is rising to meet in the dynamic plastics market. The buildings make an important contribution to this.
