For SONOTEC, a leading product and solution specialist for ultrasonic measurement technology, Vollack realized a tailor-made site expansion. The new building is an important signal for the future orientation of the successful medium-sized company in Halle (Saale). On three floors, production and office areas with a gross floor area of around 4,300 square meters offer the 130 employees optimal working conditions.

The architecture of the building, which provides a view of the production area from the outside, emphasizes the successful combination of the solid family business tradition and the cosmopolitanism of the innovative technology company.
Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient building operation.
The team of specialists from Vollack Sachsen developed an environmentally friendly building solution that embodies SONOTEC's sustainability strategy in 3D. Part of the climate-friendly planning was the energy supply, which is provided by a photovoltaic system and a combined heat and power plant. A power heat coupling and an air-to-water heat pump for heating and cooling complete the energy concept. The building is controlled by innovative building technology.
