The specialist for liquid cooling systems technotrans systems (termotek) has tripled its capacity. Around 3,600 square meters of production space and 1,800 square meters for administration are available to employees. The technological core of the building is a state-of-the-art, innovative and particularly resource-saving building and process technology.
Even the energy generated during testing of the cooling units is stored and used for air conditioning in the KfW 55 building. Compared with a conventional new building, 45 percent less primary energy is consumed.
Cool, transparent and clearly structured.
The new building presents itself "cool", transparent and clearly structured. A striking eye-catcher is the cube that crowns the entrance. Generous window areas in the office building as well as the strip lighting and skylights in the production building ensure a light-flooded working environment and an energy-giving atmosphere. The technotrans Group intends to successively extend the resource-saving production approaches tested here to the entire group of companies.
In terms of flexibility, lean processes, optimized material flows and energy efficiency, we are setting standards here with the building concept developed by Vollack and ensuring the competitiveness of the Baden-Baden site in the long term.
