Reinhard Blaurock, born in 1968, graduated in technical business administration, at the University of Stuttgart and gained professional experience at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA. In 1994, he started at Vollack, where he quickly assumed responsibility in various management positions. Since 2001, Reinhard Blaurock has been Managing Director, now Managing Partner of the Vollack Group. He is Vice President of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a board member of the Dr. Hugo Rhein Foundation and a member of the Architecture Committee of the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI.

Jutta Kraft, born in 1964, holds a degree in business administration (BA) with a focus on human resources and marketing as well as being a state-certified translator. After working in the marketing department of a world market leader in the field of drive technology and subsequently as a commercial training manager in the company's personnel development department, she moved to the Vollack Group, where she took on tasks in personnel marketing and personnel development. Jutta Kraft was an honorary member of the examination board of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. Today, she accompanies Vollack as a shareholder.
