Baking world
close to nature.
Modern workplaces on 3,500 square meters.
With the new 3,500-square-meter building, the Kasprowicz bakery and confectionery is setting the course for a successful future. The two-story building with bakery, baking experience area and administration offers employees modern workplaces.
Traditional craftsmanship with forward-looking architecture.
The close connection of the Kasprowicz bakery with its traditional craft and to the region is reflected in the architecture of the building. Wood as a renewable building material and warm colors dominate the new building. The modern bakery as the heart of the production is accentuated by a raised monopitch roof and opens towards the west with a large glass front. This allows optimal use of daylight in the production area.
High energy efficiency.
The building also stands out for its high energy efficiency: As a KfW Efficiency House 55, it requires 45 percent less primary energy than conventional designs. Photovoltaics and heat recovery make thermal energy from the production process usable.
We had been looking for specialists with whom we could jointly design the work processes exactly for us. Vollack was a top partner for us at all times - from NULL® Phase, the initial idea, through the complete planning phase, construction, commissioning and beyond.
