The new facility for Autohausgruppe Geisser in Leimen, designed and delivered by Vollack in Leimen, provides approximately 8,000 square meters of spacious showroom space for the Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover brands. The architecture reflects the client’s brand identity through its choice of materials, colors, and finishes.

In addition to the showrooms, the three-part building ensemble houses dedicated vehicle reception areas for each brand, around 20 service bays, a large parts, vehicle, and tire warehouse, a car wash facility, and diagnostic centers. Twenty-five charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles underscore the company’s forward-looking approach.

The dealership is also prominently represented in Karlsruhe: several years ago, approximately 9,000 square meters were developed into dedicated brand environments for Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover, featuring showrooms, vehicle reception areas, service bays, and parts storage facilities. In Karlsruhe, Vollack also delivered a car wash facility that is one of only two of its kind in Germany at this level, along with state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities.

Forward-looking planning was already a priority at that time. A biological water treatment system, LED lighting, charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles, and a biotope were all integral elements of the development from the outset.
