The new building of the Autohausgruppe Geisser in Leimen, planned and realized by Vollack, offers plenty of space for Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles on generous exhibition areas of around 8,000 square meters. The architecture reflects the customer's brand identity in materials, colors and surfaces.

In addition to showrooms, the three-part building complex houses brand-exclusive direct acceptance facilities and around 20 workshop workstations, a large vehicle parts, vehicle and tire warehouse, a car wash and diagnostic facilities. 25 charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles are an expression of the company's future-oriented approach.

The dealership also has an effective presence in Karlsruhe: several years ago, brand worlds with showrooms, direct acceptance workshop workstations and vehicle parts warehouses were created for Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover on 9,000 square meters. In addition, a car wash was built for Geisser in the fan-shaped city, the likes of which can only be found twice in Germany, as well as state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities.

Here, too, climate friendliness had already been considered in previous years: a biological water treatment plant, energy-saving LED lamps and "filling stations" for electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as a biotope, also made this structural solution an environmentally oriented one.
