Safety for the highest demands.
All signs point to the future.
In Raunheim, Vollack realized the expansion of the headquarters of the technology company IDE with an extension. On a gross floor area of around 3,500 square meters, a sustainable and energy-efficient production hall with an ISO-compliant clean room and storage areas was created. The extension forms the basis for the company's further quantitative and qualitative growth.
Technically sophisticated solution.
Working closely with the client, Vollack's team of specialists developed a tailor-made building solution that optimizes IDE's processes and meets the company's high quality requirements. The planning of the clean room in particular required a high level of expertise, as IDE has to comply with demanding standards. The building fabric is therefore designed in such a way that no deposits form on surfaces in the cleanroom. Material, air and personnel airlocks in the cleanroom area ensure maximum safety. An overhead crane was installed to improve handling in this area. The window areas are another special structural feature. They increase the quality of work for employees in a technically demanding environment.
Sustainable energy concept.
The energy concept was well thought out by our planners: thanks to modern, highly efficient heat pump technology and a photovoltaic system with an output of around 160 kilowatts peak, it was ensured that the building can be operated without fossil fuels. This protects the climate and also significantly reduces operating costs.
Since the company was founded, we have achieved many successes as a strong team and have grown steadily. With our new building at the Raunheim site, we are celebrating another milestone in the company's history and expand our production capacities.”
