Project: On a total area of around 5,100 square meters, a new media center is being built in Berlin Adlershof for the LichtHaus Group, with a five-story office building, a state-of-the-art studio and a separate pool of efficient storage and logistics areas. For example, on the site of the former JOFA studio, which was the largest film studio in the world in the 1920s, an open meeting place for media professionals will be created, which will allow for a wide variety of uses, such as for office space and administrative areas, or for film and television production in studio and for peripheral technology and service areas. The architecture underlines the effect of the ensemble as a whole. The structure of the façade and the coloration take inspiration from the interplay of light and shadow, black and white.
