Carl Stahl ARC, is part of the family-owned Carl Stahl Group, which employs around 2,000 people at approximately 70 locations worldwide and specializes in cable and mesh solutions for architecture. The company's headquarters in Süßen is being expanded by approximately 2,600 square meters of gross floor area.
The production and logistics hall will be directly connected to the existing facility, while the office area will be extended by a two-story addition linked to the current building by a connecting structure. The expansion will provide 140 modern workplaces for employees.
Architecturally, the office building is distinguished by its dark gray rendered façade and window bands arranged in varying rhythms. The integration of the company's own products, including cable and mesh systems for façade design, reflects the corporate identity and contributes to the building's character.
Part of the existing office building will be converted into a customer center on the ground floor.
The new building's heating and cooling supply is largely connected to existing technical systems. Additional features include heat recovery technology and modern building services. A partially landscaped façade, green roofs, and a photovoltaic system contribute to the building's distinctive appearance while complementing its overall technical concept.

By expanding our headquarters, we are strengthening our Süßen location and creating the foundation for future growth. At the same time, we are incorporating our own products into the building. This allows us to showcase part of our product portfolio and demonstrate its applications to customers and visitors.”
