Space for Growth.
Carl Stahl ARC, part of the Swabian family-owned Carl Stahl Group, is expanding its headquarters in Süßen with approximately 2,600 square meters of additional gross floor area. The company specializes in cable and mesh solutions for architecture and employs around 2,000 people across some 70 locations worldwide.
The expansion includes a new production and logistics hall directly adjoining the existing facility, as well as a two-story office extension connected to the current building by a link corridor. Once completed, the site will provide 140 modern workstations.
The architectural design reflects the company's identity: a dark gray rendered façade, dynamic window arrangements, and the integration of Carl Stahl ARC's own cable and mesh systems for green façades create a distinctive and recognizable appearance.
Part of the ground floor of the existing office building will be converted into a modern customer service center.
Heating and cooling for the new building will be supplied largely via the existing facility. High-efficiency heat recovery systems and state-of-the-art building technology ensure low energy consumption and sustainable operation.
The project's commitment to sustainability is reflected in its partially green façade, green roof, and rooftop photovoltaic system, combining environmental responsibility with long-term energy efficiency.

The expansion of our company headquarters strengthens our commitment to Süßen while creating the space needed for continued growth. By incorporating our own products into the project, we can demonstrate their versatility and provide customers with first-hand insight into their many applications.”
