One of Saxony's most advanced Healthcare Centers
From Vision to Reality.
The LÖ66 Health Center in Dresden sets new standards for integrated healthcare. By bringing together a wide range of medical and therapeutic disciplines in one location, it creates an environment designed around the needs of patients and healthcare professionals alike.
Developed by the KADUR Group in collaboration with Vollack, the project was planned, realized, and co-financed by Vollack. The result is a state-of-the-art healthcare center that combines architectural quality, operational efficiency, and economic sustainability.
Healthcare under one Roof.
Offering approximately 6,000 square meters of leasable space across six floors, the LÖ66 Health Center brings together a broad range of medical and therapeutic services in a single location. These include intensive care, physiotherapy, orthopedics, and rehabilitation technology.
Comcura Intensiv serves as the anchor tenant, complemented by a number of well-established healthcare providers. Reflecting the strong demand for modern healthcare facilities, a large proportion of the available space had already been leased before the center officially opened.

Efficient. Sustainable.
User-Centered.
Flexible floor plans, state-of-the-art building technology, and a well-conceived circulation concept with a dedicated bed lift and separate stairwells ensure efficient day-to-day operations. A parking garage with 32 spaces and 50 bicycle parking spaces add to the convenience of the facility.
Constructed to the KfW Efficiency House 40 standard, LÖ66 reflects a clear commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable building practices.

The health center sets new standards and makes a lasting contribution to strengthening Dresden’s healthcare infrastructure.“
