The 6,500-square-meter production building for electrical and laser surgery devices manufactured by the KLS Martin Group is a real eye-catcher. With its high-quality metal facade, the production facility offers generous views in and out thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glazing on the front sides.

The administration building is a floating white structure with an open ground floor façade facing the airfield. At the intersection of the buildings, the attractive break area with its striking green wall forms the link between the production and office areas and serves as a central meeting place and representative customer area.
Energy efficient.
Thanks to the use of geothermal energy and concrete core activation, this energy-efficient building exceeds the applicable EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance) requirements by 20 percent.
