The three-story, fully accessible building has been designed around the needs of a modern rehabilitation facility, combining intuitive wayfinding, short distances, and a high-quality healing environment.

Offering approximately 2,600 square meters of usable space, the center provides a thoughtfully planned setting for a broad spectrum of therapies, from physiotherapy and occupational therapy to medical exercise therapy and group programs. Spacious treatment and exercise areas, seminar rooms, and a teaching kitchen further enhance the range of services available.

The building's well-structured design, featuring clear sightlines and intuitive circulation routes, promotes efficient workflows and easy orientation. A standout feature is the 14-meter therapy pool, which makes it possible to offer treatment and rehabilitation services that could not be provided at the previous facility, adding considerable value to the center's therapeutic program.

Set on a site of approximately 5,600 square meters, the rehabilitation center extends its therapeutic program beyond the building itself. A sensory-motor and agility course provides opportunities for rehabilitation in a realistic outdoor setting, helping patients regain confidence in everyday movement. The concept is complemented by generous bicycle parking facilities and 65 car parking spaces.
