Excellent
CO2 balance.
Climate-compatible solid wood construction.
For Solarparc, Vollack planned and realized an office building in solid wood construction with an area of around 2,000 square meters, which was completely climate-neutral in its production. In operation, the new building is climate-compatible and compatible with the two-degree target according to the Building Energy Act GEG of the Federal Republic of Germany. The sustainable and resource-saving building in KfW 55 standard radiates lightness despite its size thanks to its clear design language.
Sustainable and resource-saving.
An air-to-water heat pump, which uses the ambient air as a heat source, is used to heat the building in winter. In summer, the spaces are cooled by recirculating air. The air conditioning units are powered by solar energy. Two photovoltaic systems on the roof and carports produce the majority of the building's electricity needs and also provide charging power for ten electric vehicle stations.
Corporate philosophy realized
Surplus solar energy is fed into the local supply network. Solarparc uses the second floor as its new company headquarters, while the first floor and the 1st floor are available to tenants. Solarparc's new headquarters scores with an excellent CO2 balance. Sustainability, ecology and energy efficiency are central values in Solarparc's corporate philosophy.
We made a conscious decision in favor of sustainable timber construction and thus in favor of Vollack's expertise. We are more than satisfied with the result of our trusting cooperation.
