A new office and administration building is the central spot on the premises of Stadtwerke Schkeuditz. Modern and communicative office worlds, meeting rooms and social areas for employees have been created on an area of around 2,200 square meters. The new customer center and a cafeteria with outdoor terrace round off the mix of uses.
Focus on energy efficiency.
The building meets KfW energy standard 55, meaning it requires only 55 percent of the energy of a conventional new building. Heat pumps generate most of the required cooling and heating energy. The power supply is partly regenerative, through a photovoltaic system on the roof.
We are pleased with our representative new building, which underlines the position of Stadtwerke Schkeuditz as a modern, future- and customer-oriented service provider.
