The new office and administration building serves as the central hub on the Stadtwerke Schkeuditz campus. Covering approximately 2,200 square meters, it brings together modern and collaborative office work environments, meeting rooms, and employee amenity areas. A new customer service center and a cafeteria with an outdoor terrace complete the mix of uses.
Energy efficiency in focus.
The building meets the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard and therefore requires only 55 percent of the energy of a conventional new building. Heat pumps generate the majority of the heating and cooling energy required. Part of the building's electricity demand is supplied by a photovoltaic system installed on the roof.
