Vollack is building a nursing school and a health center under one roof for the Bethanien Moers Foundation. The three-story building, including a gable floor, will have a total area of around 4,200 square meters. Funded under BEG55, it will save 45 percent energy compared to a conventional building. A clinker facade in the entrance area, horizontally divided by balconies, will make the building architecturally appealing, light and airy.
Medical Care Center.
When it moves in, the nursing school will expand its training places from 200 to around 420. The Institute Outpatient Clinic for Child Psychiatry and Child Psychosomatics, a pharmacy and a medical supply store will move into the health center, as well as other practices of the Bethanien Medical Care Center (MVZ).
