Workspace with a View of the Mountain Road.
Future-oriented office work environments
VISTA, which was designed as a low-energy building, has created around 5,000 square meters of pioneering office workspace for up to 320 workplaces, spanning five floors. The new building offers tenants individually tailored working environments with flexible room layouts, a high degree of comfort, good acoustics and plenty of daylight. Different areas are available for different tasks: Think tanks for concentrated individual work, retreat areas for team meetings and stand-up areas for spontaneous meetings.
The unobstructed view of the wildlife preserve opposite VISTA can be enjoyed particularly well from the loggias and the roof terrace.
Usage possibilities for big and small
The following decided in favor of VISTA: FICO, the leading provider of predictive analytics and software solutions for decision management, as well as Bucher + Suter, an internationally active software specialist, which offers solutions and services for Cisco Contact Centers worldwide as an integrator. On the ground floor, the AWO Stubenwald Day-care Center offers plenty of space for even the smallest among us to romp around.
What the tenants say:
- Dr. Sebastian HetzlerManaging Director Fair Isaac Germany GmbH (FICO)
„Vollack has precisely analyzed our needs and workflows. This has resulted in flexible working environments at VISTA that offer perfect conditions for our business and are future-oriented. This allows us to present ourselves as an attractive employer.“
- Michael RöhrDirector Operations Bucher + Suter AG
„As an integrator, Bucher + Suter offers solutions and services for Cisco Contact Centers worldwide. We are team players and work in flat hierarchies. Vollack has designed our working environment to be above the Bensheim skyline and to be a perfect fit for us and our motto: ‘tailor-made instead of mass-produced’.“
- Armin ZeißlerManager of the Bensheim Childcare Facility
„The children felt immediately at home in VISTA. They were cheering during the whole construction period, and painted pictures of the center, and even pretended to build their new day-care center. Childcare facilities in a modern administrative building - this is also a plus for parents who work in the office.”
