VISTA, which was designed as a low-energy building, has created around 5,000 square meters of pioneering office workspace for up to 320 workplaces, spanning five floors. The new building offers tenants individually tailored working environments with flexible room layouts, a high degree of comfort, good acoustics and plenty of daylight. Different areas are available for different tasks: Think tanks for concentrated individual work, retreat areas for team meetings and stand-up areas for spontaneous meetings.
The unobstructed view of the wildlife preserve opposite VISTA can be enjoyed particularly well from the loggias and the roof terrace.
Usage possibilities for big and small
The following decided in favor of VISTA: FICO, the leading provider of predictive analytics and software solutions for decision management, as well as Bucher + Suter, an internationally active software specialist, which offers solutions and services for Cisco Contact Centers worldwide as an integrator. On the ground floor, the AWO Stubenwald Day-care Center offers plenty of space for even the smallest among us to romp around.
